Greet guests at the gate and check that they have a clear bag. If they do not, ask them to return items to their car if possible. If that is not an option, direct them to bag check. Hand out programs as guests enter. Answer questions about restroom locations, how to get to their seats, and other general questions. If you are unsure of an answer, direct them to your Gate Lead, who can help or radio for more information.
